School Board Labour Relations:

negotiates and administers the Provincial Teachers’ Agreement between the Minister of Education and the Nova Scotia Teachers’ Union, applicable to teachers in all school boards

co-ordinates local professional and staff collective agreement negotiations

leads labour relations projects that are provincial in scope (e.g., common CUPE agreement)
