Self-care mini-workshops
open to students 6 - 8 who attend schools in Digby county

Join the Digby schools Plus and Mental Health and Addictions team to learn how to take time to explore loving yourself with self-care techniques. 

Dates: Monday's, July 20 & July 27, 2020
Place: Google Hangout
Time: 10:00AM - 12:00PM
