SchoolsPlus Annapolis and Family Matters Resource Centre would like to invite you to attend an Incredible Years program which will run for 10 weeks beginning on January 15, 2021 at Lawrencetown Education Centre in the Family Matters Community Room.  This program will include Childcare if needed or access to ZOOM participation if interested.

The Incredible Years program give parents and caregivers for children of ages 4 - 11 strategies to manage behaviours such as aggressiveness, ongoing tantrums, and acting out behaviours such as swearing, whining, yelling, hitting, kicking, answering back, and refusing to follow rules. These are normal behaviours experienced by most parents at some time.  

Parents and caregivers will learn a range of skills that will help children regulate their emotions and improve their social skills. This helps them to get along better with friends and adults, and do better at school.
